Use of the Service

You may use AI Context Optimizer for lawful personal or professional productivity purposes. You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing any AI-generated output before relying on it.

Accounts, Quotas, and Subscriptions

The free version may include daily usage limits. Pro features require an active paid subscription. Subscription checkout and billing are handled by Creem. Access to Pro features depends on successful payment and subscription status synchronization.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, abuse the backend, or reverse engineer protected service endpoints.
• Do not submit content that you do not have the right to process.
• Do not use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.

AI Output

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You should independently review and verify outputs, especially for professional, legal, medical, financial, or security-sensitive decisions.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may depend on third-party infrastructure and AI providers.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Creem. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management may be subject to the policies and tools available through the payment provider and applicable law.

Changes to the Service

We may update features, limits, pricing, supported platforms, or these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
